The exchange of purchased items within two
(2) days from the purchase date shall be allowed. (e.g.
Items purchased on Jan. 1 shall be permitted to be exchanged
in full purchase value* to another item until Jan. 3)
*In the unlikely event of a sudden price drop within the
two-day exchange period, the returned item shall be valued
at the current market value, i.e., the price on the current
price list.
Items that are exchanged outside the two-day
period shall be penalized a restocking fee of 15% within
the first week, an additional of 5% per week for the following
weeks. (e.g. 20% on the second week, 25% on the third week
and so on). In the event of price increases, computation
shall be done on the original purchase price.
Only items that have their complete boxes,
CDs and manuals in pristine condition shall be honored for
exchange (Consumable items such as ink cartridges, ribbons,
etc. that have been opened shall not be accepted).
Items that have been dented, burnt or are
with warranty stickers that have been tampered with in any
way shall not be honored.
The company reserves the right to decline
any return or exchange when deemed necessary.
WARRANTY POLICY
Every item offered by the company is covered
by a one (1) year warranty except for the following items:
Glass filter
Computer cover
Mouse (Logitech & Microsoft)
Keyboards (one month warranty except for Logitech
& Microsoft)
Headsets (one month warranty except for Labtec)
Speakers Below P250.00
Ink cartridges
Other consumable items
Each item released by the company shall be
identified with a warranty sticker indicating the month
and year the sale was made.
Any item diagnosed to be defective by the
technical department shall be replaced with a same new item
or repaired and returned to the customer, subject to the
following conditions:
item has a warranty sticker on it that has not been
tampered with in any way;
date on the warranty sticker is
less than one (1) year from the present date;
item is supported with a Sales
Receipt (Warranty Receipt).
In case the item brought in for diagnosis
is defective, and there is no available stock for replacement,
and the customer is willing to upgrade the item he brought
in by paying for the amount necessary in order to get a
higher model or type of the defective item, the
warranty sticker shall be dated at the month and year the
original defective item was purchased. This shall
be made clear to the customer before any upgrading shall
be processed in order to avoid any misunderstanding.
In case a defective item that has been returned
to the main office is ascertained by the main office with
the supplier to be out or warranty, but the warranty of
our company to the customer is still within effectivity
period, the item still has to be replaced with a same new
item or repaired.
