Using MyPCX Account Page
Someone opened my MyPCX Account without my consent and added purchase to my cart many times with the intention to play a joke on me. Am I liable for this? Will my future transactions be dismissed because of this?
You should be careful not to give your account name and password to just about anybody. Yes, you are liable for the purchases if you confirmed the orders yourself. However, if you deny the orders and explain to us about the incident, then we would not take it against you.
No. Your future transactions will not be out rightly dismissed because of one incident. We, at PCX, believe that once a customer orders online, the customer means well and has a need that we must provide.
Is MyPCX Account permanent?
Yes.
