Is it important to check out and log off?
Checking out and logging off are two different utilities both equally important. Checking out finalizes your online orders. Logging off (by going back to your MyPCx Account homepage) prevents other users from using your account.
Whenever I check out with items in my cart, does this immediately confirm my purchase intentions?
Yes and no. Yes, your orders are immediately sent to our online sales handler and this salesperson recognizes your intention (Thanks for that). No, because there is no sale to begin with until everything else have been confirmed and finalized by paying for your orders to close sale.
After I’ve checked out, can I still modify my orders?
Yes, when our salesperson confirms your orders personally. When our salesperson calls you, you may feel free to change or modify your orders.
