What are the requisites for free shipping and delivery?
To avail of our free shipping and delivery within Metropolitan Manila, orders must be worth at least P20,000. Special negotiations are available for provincial customers.
How long should I wait for my orders to arrive?
Within Metropolitan Manila, shipping and delivery is guaranteed to arrive at least two days (three days maximum).
If PCX promised to deliver goods on a certain date but failed, can I still cancel my orders?
Yes. In this situation, the customer has all the right to cancel. However, in cases where the customer preferred his/her orders delivered by a courier and the delivery delay is the courier’s fault, cancellation may be a bit impossible (especially for provincial customers).
