How do I know that PCX takes my orders and/or purchase seriously?
PCX salespeople take all online orders seriously. Per the recommendation of the sales supervisor, our salespeople will send confirmation letters to you to determine if you are a serious. Once you receive this and the successive phone calls thereafter, you’d know we’re taking your intent seriously.
Are online orders on cash basis only? Can I use my credit card for online purchases?
All goods are on Cash On Delivery basis. However, if you opt to pick up the goods yourself at one of our stores with credit card validating machine, you may use any acceptable credit card.
MyPCX Account Activation
I’ve tried sign in many times already using the correct username and correct password but the site won’t let me in. Am I missing something or just doing it all wrong?
Registering with MyPCX Account does not automatically make you a member. You need to activate your account first before enjoying our services. First thing to do is check the return e-mail you gave us when you registered, locate the e-mail from nobody@pcx.com.ph, then click the link to activate your profile. A MyPCX Account window (titled Account Activation) will open asking you to confirm your account name. Click ACTIVATE. That’s it. Your new account then will allow you to:
* Check RMA status
* Post in the forum
* Shop in the product catalog
* Download pricelists
* Receive PCX updates thru the Mailing List
* Browse our complete product catalog
How do I know my activation code?
